John Henry

Mr. Henry is a co-founder of the Committee for the Republic, an organization that challenges the bipartisan consensus in support of foreign wars. He attended Harvard College and Columbia Law School, then went into a career in business. He founded and ran three corporations: Clean Air Capital Markets, eLawForum, and DryStone Capital. He has served on the boards of Harvard University and the Smithsonian. He also is an avid stonemason who makes walls in his backyard and has his own stone henge. And his other hobby is that he writes plays about how the attendees of the Constitutional Convention argued about the division of war powers between the executive and legislative branches.
